Hearts tells Kenichi to stay off team

The management of Accra Hearts of Oak has told embattled coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi to stay off the team as the Phobians travel to Obuasi to play Ashgold on Sunday.

The decision comes after the trainer allegedly insulted management members describing them as “stupid and useless” in a meeting on Thursday at the club’s secretariat.

Goalkeeper’s trainer Nasamu Yakubu would now be in charge of the team for Sunday’s encounter with the League Champions since assistant coach Yaw Preko is on national assignment with the Black Satellites.

Hearts is likely to play Kotoko with Yaw Preko leading them in their 10th week encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium on May 2.
